Austin Patch is a water resources consultant who is proficient in preparing water use authorizations, conducting water right surveys, performing water right due diligence for property acquisition, strategic development of water right management, interpretation of water right information, and knowledge of Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD) rules and regulations.  He is skilled in operating and maintaining field equipment and laboratory instruments, and proficient in QGIS software.
