Larry has more than 35 years of experience conducting water resources and environmental investigations in the Pacific Northwest, and managing mineral resource evaluations in the United States and overseas. He specializes in groundwater supply, especially aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) investigations, testing, planning, and operations. He also has expertise in Oregon water rights, exploratory well drilling, and testing and production well evaluations. He is experienced in working with the Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD), Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and Washington State Department of Ecology.
